Baker Family Genealogy Forum

Thank you for checking Sharyn. I was really hoping Green was a quiet, shy, reserved relative....darn! I have been wracking my brain, trying to remember the info I had gathered on my Green Baker. The internal power supply on my computer (with ALL of my genealogy info) fried a couple of years ago...I hope to recover it "some day", but so far that day hasn't come.
I want to say that I found a Greene Baker in a Union County, SC census close to Starling Baker....who (I think) is a known son of Bart & Caliphurnia Baker. I want to say it was the 1810 or 1820 census, but I can't be sure anymore. This SC Green Baker dropped out of sight and the next Green I could find of approximately the right age was in White (?) Co., IL in 1830.
Do you have any stray notes on this Union Co. Greene that might help me track him down?
I was trying to possibly tie this Green Baker to "my" Green Baker from St. Clair and Franklin Counties, IL. My Green...a Baptist preacher...married 1st to Charity Land and 2nd to Mary Unknown. Green & Mary had (among others) my gg-grandfather, Stephen Baker.
