I may have found some information for you. There is no proof given
except that it is posted on the internet!
George Washington Baker married Martha Ellen Canary.
They had 10 children and lived in Ohio - this is the information you
posted. I didn't copy the names of the children.
ANCESTRY.COM
George Washington Baker was b. OHIO and died OHIO in 1916.
That was my first clue - so that I could zero in on the various G.W.'s -
so many named their kids after Presidents! And Baker is not an unusual name.
FACT: WEBSTER, OHIO is near Bowling Green in Scioto County, south of
Columbus, Ohio - so we know the area where the Baker family lived.

I would suggest you send for a copy of the certificate to verify parents names, place of birth, and possible other information which the certificate MAY contain. The cost is $7.00 + 6.75% tax for OHIO RESIDENTS.
If you don't live in Ohio, you would not pay that tax. You can send check or money order with you request.
