Is anyone researching Colonel Daniel Baker - from New Hampshire/Vermont? Died in Michigan in 1836. He was in the military from 1799 until at least 1830. He was at the Jefferson Barracks in St. Louis with the 6th Infantry, and participated in the Battle of Brownstown in 1812. Seeking information regarding his family.
