Per 1850 Yancey Co census Isobel is 16, so that makes her birth around 1834. Marriage of David Baker and Isa Bennett in Yancey Co, April 22,1851. Found a Isabel Baker buried in Big Pine Cem, aka Northfork Cem, Madison Co, NC. Stone reads "Beloved Aunt Ibby" July 3, 1924. Believe this to be my Isobel.
