Gloria, have you done a marriage check in Bibb County Georgia for widow Harriet Hubert and Arthur Foster around 1850?
In the US 1850 Census, Georgia, Bibb county 519 Military District is listed the family of Arthur Foster. It lists Arthur age 53, Henrietta age 47, SC age 23 male, NG age 19 male, Randolph age 17, Sarah age 17 and Henrietta age 3. Then last but not least is Martha A Hubert age 28. Perhaps the sister of wife Henrietta?
In the 1860 the family is still in Georgia Bibb county and Henrietta Jr is then listed as 13 years old and as a Hubert. I would suggest that Arthur is perhaps her stepfather. I would also suggest a look at the marriage, deed and probate records of Bibb county Georgia for the Hubert family. With an underage child there would have been yearly reporting on the handling of her inheritance.
