I am in search of any information on Alexander BAIN of Paisley, Scotland or any of his descendants.

Alexander BAIN born: 1804 in Paisley, Scotland. He died in Admaston, Ontario, Canada on Jan. 19, 1878. He m. Sarah McCready (b: Abt 1810 - May 16, 1882). They had 10 children:

(1) Elizabeth BAIN (1835 - 1914) who m. Robert MacKenzie;
(2) Alexander "Sandy" BAIN (1836-August 2, 1904);
(3) Jane "Jenny" BAIN (1839-June 9, 1928) who m. Robert McLaren in 1864;
(4) Isobella BAIN (b: Abt 1841) who m. Alex Fulton;
(5) William BAIN (1842- Dec. 16, 1928) who m. Margaret S. Fulton. He had a second wife, Mary Potter (b: Abt 1848 - Feb. 26, 1879), m: Nov. 1, 1875;
(6) Ellen BAIN (1848-1919) who m. Lawrence NAISMITH (1844-Nov. 25, 1922);
(7) Christena BAIN (b: Bef 1849), who m. John Brown;
(8) John BAIN (b: 1849);
(9) Sarah BAIN (1855-1881) who m. Andrew S. Forest;
(10) Jessie BAIN (1856-1936) who m. John Wheeler;

William BAIN and Mary POTTER had 3 children: (1) Alexander BAIN (1876-1945); (2) Sarah Christena (Tena) BAIN (1877-1957), who m. James Pettigrew (1877-1918) on Sept.11, 1901; (3) Mary Jane BAIN (Feb.18, 1879-Nov. 24, 1954) who m. William Crozier (Sept. 19, 1871 - Dec. 8, 1945) on Feb. 18, 1900.

Ellen BAIN and Lawrence NAISMITH had 7 children: (1) Annie W. NAISMITH (b: 1869) who m. Mr. SMITH; (2) Alexander "Sandy" Bain NAISMITH (Aug.2, 1870- 1929) who m. Anne Marie "Mabel" Edwards (Feb.17, 1870-Apr. 28, 1928) in 1894; (3) Jessie NAISMITH (b: 1872) who m. Henry Crozier; (4) Sarah Jane NAISMITH (b: Jan. 4, 1874) who m Mr. CRAM; (5) Ellen NAISMITH (b: 1876); (6) James NAISMITH (b: Nov. 29, 1877); and (7) Lousia NAISMITH (b: July 1, 1881) who m. R.M. Warren - Wilberforce.
