Seeking information on Bahn, Bahny, Bhney, Bhany, names. My gr-gr-grandmother was a Baney, (Spelling varies) Her name was Mary and she married my gr-gr-grandfather, John Buchanan and they had several children, She died in Ohio. There is also a man by the name of George involved somehow.
Does any of this sound familiar? Are they Danish names?
