I am a descendant of the Butler, Malcolm and McDonald families of the Bahamas. I am seeking information on my ancestor McDonald who was found in the 1700's? as a small child, shipwrecked, living with the indians in the Florida Keys by the captain of a Bahamian trading schooner. The captain's name was McDonald, and he adopted the boy.
