Thanks, Sherie, I was afraid the vitel statistics would be in Nassau, but I will check at the churches, etc., as you suggested. Knowles is certainly a Bahamian name. I knew a Reggie Knowles in Nassau back in the 40s. He owned a beautiful black sailing ship that he used to run back and forth to Miami.
