One day while browsing for Bagot's, I came accross a Wood Bagot in Australia. I believe it was an Architect firm. I seem to remember an article was mentioned about historical home etc... The name Wood is too much coincidence, especially with a name as uncommon as Bagot. There are also Bagot's in Canada & I may have seen the name Wood there. I'm pretty sure it was Australia though. Hope I was of some help. :-)
