You must have given up on me but just returned from 2 weeks in Australia yesterday. So sorry for the delay in answering
The only info I have is and I am presuming its something to do with a wedding invite as all it states is with Mr & Mrs C B Bagnall's compliments and on either side Louie Grant and Charles B Bagnall and an address at the bottom 64 Horninglow Street Burton upon Trent and dated April 30th 1904.

I have a researcher working for me in Stafford.
I also have a photo taken in November 1979 with a Ruth Bagnall when she visited my parents in New Zealand - on the back my dad has written cousin Ruth - England.
It sure sounds like we have a connection.
