Okay,

We found him. John Charles Baggs' father is Solomon Baggs b. 1845 in Broadcove, Newfoundland. Died Oct. 31 1921 St. John, NF.
Married Mary King b. 1850, d. 1890 in Broadcove NF. They had 6 children: Walter Baggs, Jane Baggs, William Baggs, John Charles Baggs ( My Great Grandfather), Isaac Baggs and Marian Baggs. I have a little more info if anyone needs it. Thanks
