hi,
my baggs are from a little village called Abbotsbury, near both Weymouth and Chickerell, the only thing is their surname was BAGG without the S.
I couldn't find a Forum called BAGG so i used this one and saw this message and wondered if it is possible that you could be related.

In 1901 my baggs from Abbotsbury had moved to either Melcombe Regis (Weymouth) or Bridport.

John Bagg married Mary Bealing in 1883 Weymouth, he was a builders Merchant and Magistrate, they had 7 children.

James William Bagg married Jane Brine on 7th Nov 1889 Weymouth, they had 3 children

Charles Bagg married Alice Jane Warr in Bridprot I think and had 2 children.

Harry married Mary Ann Cockerell on 15 march 1892 Weymouth and had two children.

Walter married Katherine Elizabeth Bedford on 2 june 1900 Weymouth and they had 1 Daughter as far as i know.

If you are related to any of these people please let me know
thankyou
