I believe that the family that you are looking for was in Yellow Creek, Linn, MO for the 1880 Census (pg 576D). They are shown as follows:

David W. Albright, farm laborer, age 36, IL PA PA
Rose Albright, age 20, IL PA PA
Gracie 2, MO IL IL
John 3 months, MO IL IL
