My Grandfather was George Percival Baggett who was born in Devon England and moved in the early part of the 20th century to Penarth in South Wales U.K. He made boots for the men building a subway from Penarth to Cardiff docks eventually he ran shoe retail outlets. My Mother was Betty Estelle Baggett and lived all her life in South Wales. I moved to Devon - by sheer coincidence a couple of miles from the church where the Baggett ancestors are buried
I would be really interested to know if the Baggetts in America are relations
