I think my BAGGETT's are Cherokee also. I am looking for a Josiah "Joe" BAGGETT b. abt 1832 TN? He married Elizabeth "Betty" BAGGETT? in 1860 in Montgomery Co., TN

I have only 3 children for Josiah and they are William Henry, James Edward(my line) and John Allen BAGGETT. One of James's sons Levi Gus BAGGETT was attending a Cherokee High School when he drowned in 1929 in Ottowa Co., OK. I find a family of Baggett's with an Allen, Josiah b.1844, William, Henry and James. Maybe my Josiah named his kids after his brothers? I wish so bad to find this BAGGETT Family, I am stuck at a dead end. I would like to know for sure if Josiah's wife Elizabeth was also a BAGGETT??? Any info would be greatly appreciated!! THANKS!
