I am looking for my Mother whom I have not seen since I was 3 years old (1954-1955). She lost custody of my sister and I then. I am now 52 years old now. My Dad and grandparents would not allow me to have any communication with her, and rejected all her mail to me (even birthday cards). I have missed her all my life and want to find her or at least to find out what happened to her and if she is still alive.
We lived in St. Louis, Missouri. Her name is Lillian Baggett. I am named Philip Evans. My sister is Ruth Evans. Any information would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks so much!
