Hi Lauri There was a Charles Baggerly born there in 1798 . My Grand father went to Northern Virginia with wife and two sons . His name was Charles aLSO HE HAD TWO SONS #1 NAMED Isaac and the other named Samuel could this be the same family ..John BaGGERLY
