I would definitely say this is your family. You will note Ida is living next to Lillian and Maggie (sisters of Ida Baer on the 1880 Census)

STAUB              IDA D              45              F              W              PA              PA              SOMERSET              MEYERSDALE              1910
Staub, Ida D. 45
Aliza M. 25
Harriet A. 23
Spangler, William 25
##########
Sisters and daughters of Solomon on the 1880 census and now living directly next door to sister, Ida.
***Baer, Maggie C. Head 38
***Lillian A. Sister 36

The only Staub living in Meyersdale. He resided at a hotel operated by Wolfersberger.

The census taker wrote on the line that W. J. Staub was a lodger who refused to answer questions.
There was a Mrs. W. J. Staub who was born in NY (parents born in PA) who refused to answer.
