I too am looking for information on a Joseph Baer. This Joseph was born in Philadelphia but have no birthdate. He was married to a Theresa Uhl and had a daughter, Dorothy. Dorothy was born 11/11/1926. Joseph apparently abandoned the family prior to 1946. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
