Looking for info on grandfather

I am looking for any information on a man named Mervyn Baer (possibly Mervin). He lived in PA in the 1930's (Highspire or Harrisburgh area). My father knows nothing of him and my grandmother has offered no help. If you have any idea about this man, I would be very interested in just knowing a bit about where we are from.
