I'm seeking information regarding the ancestors of Carl (Charles) Heinrich Baehr and his wife, Hedwig (Neuwirth). They had at least one son, Theodore, born 1860 in Bremen Germany. Theodore immigrated in 1879/80 to NYC via Castle Island. His entry may have been listed as Theodore Baer. A later generation dropped the "e" from "Baehr" which changed the last name to Bahr.
