Hello- I am a descendant of Mary Badgley and Thomas Burris Barton through their son ,Samuel Barton who married Rebecca Smith. I have a lot of information on the family from Samuel and Rebecca on down.Samuel and Rebecca moved to Lawrence County , Il and are buried there.
Mary Badgley is buried in E , Plainfield Cemetery in Coshocton Co. Ohio and her tomstonw eis still standing though she died in 1840, I have a picture of it . I have not found Thomas grave though he is presumed in Portage Co. Ohio after marrying again( Hannah Holcolm) after Mary's death.
