Stan,
I'd love to see your information. I will be updating my Shaker website soon with Badgett, Sutton, and Ryan information from Pleasant Hill and will include everything I have on each family.

There is one Badgett who I can't connect with John and Mercy and their children yet. His name is John Wesley Badgett, born Lincoln Co, Ky Nov. 2, 1826 and brought to Pleasant Hill in March 1833. He was banished from the Shaker community in 1850 "in consequence of his thievish and Letcherous conduct."

Do you know if there is a connection to him, perhaps through John and Mercy's son Hardin?
