At first sight not on Charles.

I do have a possibly related record (from a typed transcript of Uffculme Parish Records (marriages) held at the Society of Genealogists in London).

Henry Badcock, w. of Axminster & Sarah Burch, lic 17th Sep, 1836

which I take to mean that Henry was a widower and married by licence.
