The folks at the SC Huguenot Society are quite helpful. If you can trace back two or three generations, they have enough information to help you connect the dots past there. My husband is a Bacot from the Darlington branch and we are interested in joining the society also. We are missing info on one generation to figure out which child of Peter Samuel Bacot was his great grandfather.
