Does anyone have any information about the ancestry of Paraneau Austin Bacot (b. 26 Aug 1874 in SC; m. Minnie Gertrude Bell; d. 8 Nov 1947 near Holly Hill, SC)? I believe his father's name was George Bacot. I know he is descended from Pierre Bacot (m. Marie Perronneau 1716; d. abt 1729), but I have been unable to establish the direct link. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
