Further to earlier I think I have your Philps.
The ship Schielhallion left England 13/4/1871 (a fortnight after they appeared in census) from Plymouth. Amongst the passengers were;
William Phelp 31 Mrs Phelp William 5 Ellen 7 Louisa 3 Mary A 1.
Mispelling of names was not unusual. The ship berthed at Wellington.JH
