I'm sorry to disappoint you but there's no relationship between your family and mine. Bachmann is quite a common name in the german-speaking countries. My family always (since 1524) have been living in Neibsheim, Baden-Württemberg, and the genealogical tree is complete up to 1711. However I can help you finding your ancestors out of a simple reason: German pages are easier to understand for s.o. whose mother language is German...
