I am trying to sort out this same lead. The info I have been able to find is unclear as to whether it is this Hannah and this George who appear in Jacob's estate settlement (In Re Estate Jacob BACHMAN; G Drumheller, Administrator; closed Jan term 1864 -- as quoted in a photocopy of my grandfather's family hx).
Rachel Regina BACHMAN was my gr-gr-grandmother.
what I have appears below (numbers are endnotes; if this is of interest to you, I can send a RTF version that's much cleaner).

He married MARIE ELIZABETH RAU12,13,14,15 Abt. 179816,17,18,19. She was born 1780 in Lowhill Twp, Lehigh County, PA20,21,22, and died 1864 in Mahoning Twp, Carbon County, PA23,24,25.

Connection to the extensive on-line BACHMAN ancestral tree is far from certain.
There is a well-documented marriage of a Jacob BACHMAN to Elizabeth Schellhammer in 1802; she is a bit of a mystery in lineage.
there were more than 1 Jacob Bachman around at the time.
The Rau line is also very sketchy (all this from online sources, Nov 2006 RR)
