Seeking info/anc of George Bachmann from Hesse-Darmstadt circa 1812, married Elisabeth Speier (Speyer), Bavarian, in New York City. George's mother"s name was Dora - seeking ancestors of George in Germany. Family moved to Brooklyn 1900, also branch in New Jersey (descandants of Christian Bachmann) Most are buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn.
