Dear Vera: I have also been doing a bit of amateur digging into the Babers. I have some information, though I'm sure not nearly as much as you do. I'm more than willing to share anything I have. Have you come across anything about: Edward Thomas Baber, b. abt. 1820; or his wife, Mary Haywood Colborne, also born abt.1820. I think they had five children: Edward Colborne, b. 1843; Bloomfield Wilson (Sr) b. 18 Feb/1848; Arthur James, b. abt. 1850; Richard ?, b. abt 1852/53; and a mysterious Ben, b. abt. 1859/60.All born in England, in Derbyshire or Lancs.
I have some information on the Bloomfield Wilson line, so you can leave them out. Any information on any of the others would be greatly appreciated. Thanks EB.
