George Baber of Caroline Co Va

On p 50 of Hopkins Book on Caroline 1787-1810 it says George Baber dec by 1798. Names the following children:
James, Thomas & Fanny. Names a James Baber has his father & wife of George was Sally.
Sally marr Richard Harris after death of George. Have also found that the Baber name is also spelt as Barbee.
Any info on this family appreciated.
