Thomas Baber b 1729 Caroline Co., VA, s/o Thomas Baber, m/2(?) Miss Hutchison, probably of Caroline Co. Sons William d 1837 Meck. Co., VA, m Eliz. Chiles & Polly King; Thomas d 1819 Buckingham, m Sallie Oglesby; Ambrose, d Oglethorpe Co., GA, m Elsa Bowman; Edward, d 1832 Buckingham, m Nancy Pleasants. Thos disappeared ca 1765 Buckingham & his widow m William Scruggs & had 6-7 children. Need ID of Miss Hutchison (from Caroline Co. Hutchisons?), more about Wm Scruggs family.
