Dear Mac Pett Referrance Sanford R. Babbitt, David Bixby married My grand-great-great-grandmother in 1845, he (David) was later convicted of murder in Hempstead ct Arkansas, sent to Ark. state prison in Littlerock,afterwhich I have no knowledge of David, His son John (Sanford) was father to George W, father toAlvin O. (my Dad). All Born in Pike Ct Ark, most buried in Plastine Cem. out of Kirby Ark. What a hoot, court records of murder trail is in the southwest arkansas region archives in Washington Ark, I have a copy of it but I am new to the computer world and have not mastered all I need to know get you a copy but I am working on it.
