I have now got the marriage papers from Norte Grande, and his name is actually Verissimo Jose D'Azevedo, but evidently he went by Manuel because the entire family referred to him as by this name. His wifes name was Anna Candida do Coracao De Jesue.........
His father was Joao de Souza D'Azevedo and his mother was Anna Victorina
I have who Verissimo's children were and have copies of some of the church records also.
I sure do hope we found a link between us
