Write a letter to him and put the letter in a sealed envelope. Put the sealed envelope inside another envelope along with a letter to the Social Security Administration, listing his name, birthday, and last known address, and ask that the envelope be forwarded to him. They will forward the sealed letter to him, if he is still living. It will then be up to him if he wants to get in contact with you.
