I estimate 1915-1935...The 'family word' was that the Passmore's had some land near Prescott. Lou supposedly 'died young" but there was also a dau. Hester.
I've searched the SS Death Index to any single fact & still no result. An older brother Lyman Riley WALCOTT was a AT&SF engineer out of Winslow. His name may not have been legally 'Bliss'. In the 1880 census he was too young to be givin a name & there is a possiblity it was actually Van Ransleer his brother, he could also be named for a McGINNIS uncle.
