Thanks for the reply, Do you know if this line may have any connection to the Choctaw Co., Al Line ?? (This family line goes back to Duplin Co., NC. )
I found where James D. Grimes b ca 1855 Al went to Arizona ca 1928, and was in Prescott , ca 1932, he died 1940, So I am wondering if he went there because of family being there?
Cannot find him or any Grimes in the 1930 Prescott, Yavapai Co.,census. Do you by chance have any of the Grimes 1930 census?
