That would be the Prescott and Arizona Central Railroad. There is a very good, detailed book which was published on a limited basis about the railroad. Maybe E-Bay? If you Google the railroad, you can find some interesting stuff, too, including some good pics. Just as a point of interest, I live and work in the area, and the railroad bed is still visible through Humboldt. The tracks were pulled to Humboldt in the early twentieth century, and they were pulled from Humboldt back to Prescott in the fifties. I am not sure about the sanitorium. I know there was a hospital in Mayer-the building is now a private residence.
