I am endeavoring to verify some informatoin and/or obtain a photo of some headstones of family ancestors.
Jincy Jane Casner died 1888 on Beaver Creek Ranch, Yavapai County, AZ. Beaver Creek Ranch was where her son (Riley Casner) and his family lived for 40 years or so. Jincy, along with sons Riley and Moses Casner arrived in Yavapai County in 4-1875 where they settled on Beaver Creek Ranch.
My understanding is that Beaver Creek Ranch is now a boys academy or military school and that on the campus of the school is a small park where the grave of Jincy Jane Casner, Salatia Casner (grandchild of Jincy Jane), and a son in law of Jincy are buried. The information passed on
to me by a descendant of this family is that at one time there were headstones but now there is a plaque about Beaver Creek Ranch in the small park.
Does anyone know if this palce does exist?
Is there any way this could be checked out?
Any suggestions on how I could verify this would be appreciated.
