Hello,
I am wondering if anyone might have heard of the Judge Whitcher or Whicher Murder case that happened in 1916 in Globe AZ A Judge Witcher, I can' remember his first name, was shot and killed by James Henry Jackson. James Henry thought the Judge, who was actually a practicing lawyer at the time, was after his mining claims, and his wife. I think the judge's name was Henry.
This event and resulting trial was covered by the local papers at the time. James Henry was my Great Grandfather.
We don't know what happened to him.
