Kingman or Mohave County obituaries - SKINNER

I found this information at Find a Grave:
Peggy E. SKINNER (nee Thorne) b. Jul. 9, 1918 d. Oct., 1989
Joseph SKINNER b. Mar. 12, 1917 d. Jan. 17, 1996
Find a Grave also had a headstone photo and indicated that they are buried in Mountain View Cemetery in Kingman.

My dilemma is how to locate an obituary for each of them. What is the best source for obituaries in Kingman or Mohave County? Does anyone know if the Kingman Daily Miner is available on microfilm through interlibrary loan?

The deaths are too recent to obtain a death certificate so I think an obituary is the only way to define the actual date of Peggy's death, funeral home, and other details.

Suggestions are welcome.
