I believe the Yavapai County Genweb has information about Congress Az and Congress Jct. The old town of Congress is now considered a "ghost town" with only a few remains of houses and the old cemetary remaining. The Junction which is where the railroad went through is now considered Congress. It is at the foot of Yarnell Hill.
As for the Santa Marie Mining Co. I have heard about this company before but don't remember where it was located exactly. Probably along the Santa Marie River which you can find if you trace HWY 93 towards Kingman. You can try getting information from the Arizona Museum of Mines and Minerals located in Phoenix.
They have a website with an 800 phone number. I don't recall the web address but you can find it the the Az government page links. Or try a search.
The museum has alot of information about the early mines and they are really nice folks.
If you can not locate these sources, let me know and I will try to get the websites and phone number for you.
Good luck, Rhonda
