Clara E. Carabine b.8/14/1959 d.7/17/2003, last residence Glendale, Maricopa County Arizona. S/S# issued West Virginia 1974.

www.whitepages.com shows a current listing giving the same address for Clara/John Thomas in Glendale Arizona. Public records search indicates that John Thomas was born 10/1962.

On the Maricopa County Genweb site found obit listings for Clara in the following:
The Arizona Republic: Clare E. (Liz) Carabine
