I am looking for information on a Joseph Chester Smyke who was in a sanitarium in Phoenix, Arizona for TB. He went there sometime in 1937-1939. He supposedly died there in 1951 or 1952. Can anyone give me information on his death, where he is buried at, the name of the hospital or where I can send for his records? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
