Just went back to your origonal message. Working off lap-top, so can not put hands on records. Tillman's first wife and family intermarried into The Sanders as you know. Now Margarets first child, Aunt Viola died in California, her death certificate lists her as a Sanders not a Jones. She did marry here in Graham County as Jones. Do you have the death date for Tillmon's first wife? A "Cornett" researcher found a marriage for Tillman in Soccoro, NM and one of her family members.
I plan on going to El Paso in July-- Wilkerson and Prestridge records are there... all of these little communities and migrations the children married; somehow the Prestridge's and Jones/Wilkerson's remained on opposite ends of the mountain.
