Not related........just a lookup
Not much details to go on but I did find a possible match. Infact it is the only D. G. Locke on the 1900 AZ census. You can view his original death certificate on the AZ Vital Records site.

Death: Dec. 8, 1903

Although this grave & their location on the 1900 AZ census in Phoenix, Maricopa County.....maybe they were traveling. Based on the birth locations of their children....they are new arrivals to Arizona Territory. His occupation is listed as R.R.emp, so they moved around. Unfortunately this census was taken 11 Jun 1900 so it would not name the child you are looking for. But it might be a place to start.
After D.G. Locke died, his widow Marie & their children moved to California. Finally found one of their children that died in California that listed their Mother's maiden name.

**on later census records the wife is always listed as Marie. The handwritting/spelling is bad and the census taker makes his O to look like A to add to the confusion.
