Forgot to mention no one knows where George Oury is buried. But I do have a copy of letter from his grandson Foster of Foster Farm/Falls in Wytheville, VA.
I've been to the cemetery across from the farm...there is an unmarked grave there. I think he is buried there.
He divorced Elizabeth Adams and Nancy Sanders. Nancy Sanders Oury is interred in the Stephen Sanders Cripple Creek Cemetery in Wytheville. But no one has ever said anything about George being buried there.
Any thoughts?
