This doesn't help you a great deal with regard to parents of John and Joseph Scott, but might however give you clues to "connect the dots" as it were.
If previously unseen by you-
birth certificates are online for two of Joseph P. Scott's children:
http://genealogy.az.gov/http://genealogy.az.gov/
Just put in "Delbridge" and click birth certificates, and you will see two children for Jopeph and Willie/Maude,and one for Maude's sister Ethel.(although one will show in the index as "Manda Delbridge" as the mother-the certificate says "Maude".)
(At the same link- in death certificates- is one for Maude's father-Issac Delbridge, and her second husband,Graham Driskell)
Also at that link, there are death certificates for:
"J.P.Scott" in 1917,who I believe is your Joseph P.as "I.M.Delbridge" is the informant.It does not however,show parents for Mr.Scott.
and
"Jno.R.Scott" in 1923. This one has a father's name-John Scott-but no mother's name is shown.
The certificates show funeral homes and/or cemeteries-if you can find the funeral home records, these usually have parent information on them, and often so do cemetery records.

tell them as much as you know or suppose, provide your mailing address, and request documents like obits, death notices, marriage records, etc. any of which should have parent/birth information. They will mail you what they find.
You might also try the various county resources here-lookup volunteers etc.
